Delivery Terms For Online Store

General Information of www.marwe.com Online Store

The products available in the online store are sold by Marwe Oy. The companies VAT registration id is FI01256382. We sell our products only to adult customers.

Products and Prices

The product prices are shown next to the corresponding products information. Our product prices include VAT (Value added tax). The tax analysis is shown in shopping basket and order confirmation. We reserve all rights to change prices.

Ordering and Order Confirmation

The products are ordered over the Internet from the web address www.marwe.com through the shopping basket functionality. All orders are confirmed by an email, which provides the following information;: order number, reference number, ordered products, price of order, delivery cost and tax analysis. The pre-requisite to receive a order confirmation is the correct email address supplied by the customer. The customer commits to existing delivery terms which are in effect at the time of order.

Delivery Methods and Terms

Delivery method of our products is package or letter delivery. The approximate delivery time is shown in the online store next to each product. Delivery time is shown as order-to-delivery from seller to buyer in calendar days. General public holidays can prolong the presumptive delivery time. Our utmost aim is is to send the received order during the following  1-2 working days after having received the order. In case the product is not available in our webshop, availability information can be requested by email from the marwe@marwe.com email address.

Cancellation Right

You have a right to cancel your order during 14 days of the initial order without a given reason. To utilise your cancellation right you have to inform us about your decision to cancel the order in an written  manner (for example by email to marwe@marwe.com). To comply with the cancellation deadline it is sufficient to send your notice of the right to cancel the purchase agreement before cancellation deadline.

Cancellation Implications

If you cancel your order, we will refund all of the corresponding payments received from you, including shipping costs of the delivery (except for the additional costs occurred from not selecting the lowest cost of the standard delivery method) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of utilising the right to cancel the agreement before the cancellation deadline. We will refund the payment with the same payment method as in original payment, unless you agree to another method, and in any case in a way that does not cause you extra costs of cancelling the agreement.

Return Terms

Please take into account that the returned product must be in its original packaging and unused.

If you have ordered the wrong product or want to otherwise return the product, it must be sent back to us properly packed by package or letter delivery.

If the correctly delivered product is returned back to us, we will deduct the return delivery cost from the payment refund.

Correcting Product Defects

If the delivered product is damaged, you can report us of the damage and return the product without any extra cost. Please contact us for the return information and inform us  whether you request your money back from the purchase or delivery of a replacement product. In case of a payment refund, we will request you to inform us your bank account information.

Payment Methods

Products and their delivery costs are paid during the order transaction. The Payment in the webstore can be made with most common credit cards and Paytrail (Including Paypal) . Payments can also be made with internet payment methods for Finnish banks. These payment methods are shown on the www.marwe.com webstores checkout page . The payment transaction takes place at Paytrail Oyj. The Marwe.com service will not receive any identification information from means of payment.

Payment With Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards

If you pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, Marwe Oy acts only as the marketing and delivery company. Possible reclamations are managed solely by Paytrail Oyj.  Paytrail Oyj acts in payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards as the seller of the products and the deal is made between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller has all liabilities concerning the deal. Paytrail Oyj is also the receiver of the payment.

Internet Payment With Finnish Banks

The internet payment and financial service with Finnish banks is provided by Paytrail Oyj (company registration id FI21228397) in co-operation Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj buys the payment action and further accounts it to the store owner. For the buyer, the service works exactly as traditional internet payment. Marwe takes care of a successfully received order during office hours only after the payment has been received.
